1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 25ph9 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), a gaming platform operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You represent and warrant that:

2.4 Multiple Accounts and Fraud Prevention

Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If 25ph9 detects or reasonably suspects that you have opened or are using multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any bets or transactions, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses. Accounts found to be created for fraudulent purposes, bonus abuse, or circumventing platform restrictions will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your 25ph9 account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other methods designated by the Platform. All deposits must originate from an account or payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your financial institution. 25ph9 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your name. 25ph9 reserves the right to require identity verification, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 2-5 business days. Withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional verification and approval time.

3.3 Bonus and Promotional Wagering Requirements

Funds obtained through bonuses, promotions, or free bet offers are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, large deposits or withdrawals, or other activity that may indicate money laundering or fraud. 4. Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 25ph9. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The bet exceeds maximum stake limits;
• Obvious pricing errors or technical glitches occur;
• The outcome of the event is already known;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or collusion;
• The event has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned.

4.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIFA). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be void unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. 25ph9 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.

4.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slots, and table games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested for fairness. Game rules, payout percentages (RTP), and volatility ratings are displayed within each game. Maximum bet limits and maximum win caps apply to certain games and are outlined in the respective game rules.

In the event of technical interruptions, game disconnections, or dealer errors, 25ph9 will follow the live casino provider's error handling procedures, which may include voiding bets or settling bets based on available video evidence.

In no event shall 25ph9's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Unclaimed balances may be forfeited after 180 days of account inactivity.

10.2 Termination by 25ph9

25ph9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• You are found to have multiple accounts;
• Your account is linked to prohibited activities;
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, all bonuses, winnings, and balances may be forfeited at our sole discretion. You remain liable for any amounts owed to 25ph9 prior to termination.
